BADGES
Admission to the lectures and the medical exhibition is only possible for holders of an ID badge obtained at registration. For security reasons, all lecturers, participants and exhibitors are required to wear their badges.
Participants will be asked to present them before entering the Halls where the workshops and sessions take place. Admission to the proceedings and the medical exhibition is only possible for those with the appropriate badge.
MEETING BAGS
At registration, each participant will receive a Convention bag with a full package of materials.
CERTIFICATE OF PARTICIPATION
In accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Health on the manner of fulfilling the professional development obligations of doctors and dentists of 6.10.2004, appendix no. 3, participants of the Congress receive 18 educational points.
After the Congress, on the 7th day at the latest, each participant will receive a link to download a personal certificate.

Located on the 1st floor opposite the entrance.
GASTRONOMY
Coffee break
A coffee break will be served throughout the Convention in the medical exhibition area.

Dinner
On Thursday, a standing cocktail at the Imperial Castle following the Convention Inauguration Ceremony. On Friday, a sit-down dinner during the Social Evening at Concordia Design (extra cost).
NO SMOKING
Smoking is prohibited throughout the venue. Smoking is only permitted outside the building.
MOBILE PHONES
You are kindly requested to switch off your mobile phones during the proceedings.
PARKING
There is paid underground parking on the hotel premises. Due to a very limited number of parking spaces, we suggest using an alternative car park in the area of the Stary Browar Shopping Mall (entrance from Andersa Square) opposite the Novotel Poznan Centrum Hotel.
The cost of parking at the hotel and on the premises of the Stary Browar Shopping Mall is PLN 75 per day. The fee for both hotel and CH Stary Browar car parks can be paid at the hotel reception.
MULTIMEDIA POINT
The multimedia point is located next to the Lecturers’ Room. We kindly ask Lecturers to hand in their presentations at least one hour before the start of the session during which the presentation is being given, in order to check them.

TRANSFER FROM THE AIRPORT
At the airport, a driver with a sign with your name will be waiting for you in the arrivals hall – he will take you to the hotel and the Congress venue.
